Admissions Process
01.
Contact us to schedule a tour and interview. Individualized education is what we do, and it is important that we ensure we can meet your student's needs before proceeding with enrollment.

Complete an enrollment contract and fill out all your student information on School Cues. You will be given further instructions for completing this step after the in-person interview.
03.
Pay a non-refundable deposit equal to the $50 registration fee + one-half of curriculum usage fees (see amounts below). The remaining half of curriculum usage fees will be due at Back-To-School Night along with first month's tuition.
Once your enrollment is complete, we will confirm via email.
Pricing
K-12: Full Time
Tuition (billed monthly Aug - May):
$750 per month
Curriculum Usage Fees:
K-6: $400 annually
7-8: $450 annually
9-12: $500 annually
Half is due upon enrollment. The other half is due at Back-To-School Night or the student's first day of school, whichever occurs first.
Registration Fees:
$50 annually
Due upon enrollment.
Refund Policy
Enrollment fees and tuition are NON-REFUNDABLE, even if your student is expelled, or you choose to go to a different school. Only in extreme cases such as a death in the family, or job transfer to another state, will a refund be considered, and is evaluated on a case by case basis. If the student is a scholarship student, in these extreme cases, the school shall remit any refund directly to Odyssey for deposit back into the student's scholarship account in accordance with the school's standard refund policies. Under no circumstance will tuition be refunded to the parent directly.
